Delete your Virali account

1. Request deletion

1. Email support@tryvirali.com with “Privacy Request – Delete my account” in the subject.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in, and include the workspace you belong to and whether you use Virali Creator, Virali Team, or the Virali website.
3. We will confirm we received your request, tell you if we need to verify your identity, and ordinarily respond within one calendar month.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or other secrets with your request.

2. If you joined through a brand’s workspace

Creator and team accounts are created when a business invites you to its Virali workspace. That business controls the workspace’s records, such as campaign content and payout history. We may direct your request to that business or help it complete the request under our Data Processing Addendum.

3. What is deleted

After your request is verified, we delete your account and its personal information from active systems within 30 days, including your sign-in email, profile, payout details, and content you uploaded, such as videos, photos, and files.

Copies in provider backups age out on a rolling schedule of up to 30 days.

4. What we keep, and for how long

Some records are kept after deletion where law, security, or accounting requires it:

• billing and tax records: seven years after the applicable fiscal year;
• support records and audit logs: two years;
• authentication and security logs: one year;
• application and provider logs: 90 days after creation;
• a minimized record of your deletion request: 24 months after completion.

Records under a legal hold, and security-incident or fraud-investigation records, are kept for the periods described in our Privacy Policy. We may also keep de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you.
